Ah Pa's Chilli — 辣爸, literally "Spicy Dad" — started in a Singapore home kitchen, with a family recipe worth passing down. Every jar is freshly grinded by hand, the way it's always been done.
We make chilli in small batches so every jar is fresh and fiery. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just real ingredients, real heat, and a lot of heart.
Available for self-collection, delivery, or through our store on Grab Food. We handle every order personally.
The Signature comes in four heat levels — from "nice with breakfast" to "call your mother". The Belacan is the bold one: shrimp-paste-deep, unapologetic. Both handmade the week you order.

Deep, smoky, umami-rich. Fragrant belacan (shrimp paste) meets extreme heat — unapologetically Singaporean and utterly addictive. One taste and there's no going back.

Refrigerated and sealed, both jars keep beautifully for up to 3 months. Because we use no preservatives, always store in the fridge after opening, and use a clean, dry spoon each time. Most of our customers finish theirs well before then — it's that kind of chilli.
Keep in the fridge — serve straight out, no need to wait. For longer storage, pop it in the freezer and it'll keep even longer. Always use a clean, dry spoon; never dip with oily or wet utensils.
Fair warning — Level 1 is already spicier than most commercial chilli you'll find on the shelf. Level 2 is our most-ordered, a proper kick without overwhelming the food. Level 3 is serious heat for chilli lovers. Level 4 is for chilli-heads only. Belacan is always at max.
Both. Self-collection from the home kitchen (we'll share location on confirmation) or island-wide delivery in Singapore for a small fee. For Grab Food orders, all standard Grab delivery options apply.
Not currently — we'd love to, but fresh chilli without preservatives doesn't travel well by post. If you have friends visiting SG, we're happy to pack a travel-safe order for them to carry back.
The Signature Chilli is plant-based. The Belacan Chilli contains belacan (shrimp paste), so it's not vegetarian. We're not halal-certified, but ingredients in the Signature are halal-friendly — check with us if you need specifics.
PayNow, bank transfer, or cash on self-collection. For Grab Food, pay as you normally would through Grab. We'll share payment details when we confirm your order.
